noktah.ai is published by noktah, a technology company in Kuwait City. It describes what we build and how we work. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract, and no page here creates one.

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Do not crawl it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, resell it, or use it to train a model without asking us first.

The name, the wordmark, the dot, the writing, the imagery, and the code belong to noktah. Marks belonging to other companies appear here for identification only and remain theirs.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available and make no warranty that it will be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to.

We link to other people’s writing, video, and code. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they contain.

Anything you send through the contact form or the newsletter is handled under our Privacy page. Please do not send confidential material before we have an agreement in place to receive it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We date this page whenever it changes. Continuing to use the site means the version dated below is the one that applies. Questions go to hello@noktah.ai.
